Philosophy of Therapy
It is important to me that you meet your goals for counseling. I use Client Directed Outcomes Informed scales to help measure progress towards the goals you set and to assess our therapeutic relationship. I work with you as an individual. I am skilled in solution focused, narrative, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and other techniques, both Western and Eastern. The most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. We will work together to help you define your goals and come up with strategies to meet those goals. The CDOI measures will show us progress towards your goals, and help you and I to work together more efficiently to meet your goals.
